Nutrition rules during the Slim Sonic treatment

One and a half hours prior to your session have the last meal.

After the session, wait for one hour before your first solid meal.

Drink enough water during the session.

During the cure take specific care of your nutrition.

The three main meals

Discover an example meal for each moment of the day.

Breakfast

Usually, this meal will consist of a fruit or yogurt rounded off with a hand full of nuts, hazelnuts or macadamia and a small portion of carbohydrates (oats, buckwheat).

Lunch

Most of the time this meal consists of a lot of vegetables accompanied by a tablespoon of cold-pressed olive or rape oil and a tablespoon of cider vinegar. If you want to, you can add garlic, onions, salt, pepper etc.

This meal is also accompanied by a small piece of white meat (chicken, turkey, or fish) and a small share of carbohydrates (basmati rice, bread with seeds, lentils, quinoa, white beans or kidney beans, potatoes in the skin, or sweet potatoes).

Supper

Usually, this meal consists of a lot of vegetables accompanied by a tablespoon of cold-pressed olive or rape oil and a tablespoon of cider vinegar accompanied by garlic, onions, salt, pepper etc.

Accompanied alternatively by 2 eggs, by a chicken or a turkey filet, by tuna or white fish.

For this meal avoid carbohydrates such as rice, bread, potatoes, fried nutrients, etc.

To avoid

Don’t drink sweet, light, or alcoholic beverages.

Avoid red meat such as sausages and smoked, salted, or transformed meat.

Reduce your dairy product (cheese, cream, milk etc.) consumption.

Don’t eat carbohydrates after 5 pm.

Be careful

Favor non-transformed products with a medium or low glycemic index.

Don’t forget to drink enough water during the entire day.
